Badminton: Satwik-Chirag started their Hong Kong Open with a three-game win, while Kiran George qualified for main draw
Football: India beat Brunei 6-0 in their final match of the AFC U23 Asian Cup qualifiers.
Kabaddi: PKL 12 saw Dabang Delhi K.C. remain unbeaten, while Jaipur Pink Panthers beat Gujarat Giants in the tie-breaker.
Chess: Gukesh fell to a second loss in consecutive days, but Arjun Erigaisi and Nihal Sarin are in joint second, half a point behind leader Parham Maghsoodloo.
Shooting: Indian shooters had an off day at the China ISSF World Cup
Boxing: Nikhat Zareen sailed through to the quarterfinals of the World Boxing Championships 2025.
Archery: The Indian women's recurve team reached the bronze medal match; the men bowed out, and the compound archers fell short.
