Chess: Nihal Sarin and Arjun Erigaisi drew to stay within half a point of the leaders at the FIDE Grand Swiss.
Wrestling: Aman disqualified; Deepak Punia, Vikash, Amit bow out of World Championships.
Football: Chhetri, nine U23 players named in India probables for Singapore qualifiers.
Athletics: Sarvesh Kushare qualifies for High Jump final at World Athletics Championships
